My ROLe & the socieTy- lesson Learned

As I said before every simple action involves reaction in our lives..under this frase everything goes more easier to understand because at the end the concept is, we transmit love by thoughts, energys and emotions...

I feel and I create the necesity to talk about love-be & share, I saw like a small networks that we establish that as much as it grows it would be bigger than we though.. we will get the light of the truth, where people functioning between them with armony and compresion our spiritual part will join the aldea of the universe !!!

Has it challenged you to think about your activities and how you spend your free time?

Absolutely, it makes reflection about how many hours of my “free time” I waste doing nothing productive and obviously not sharing with people who really need to act and thing about their hard really.

At the same time I decide avoid watching tv., although, I used to watch quite few hours or minutes because I never like it I always refuse how mediocre contents of news, soap operas and stuff like that people watch in our country, but at the same I never do nothing for change it.

Now I completely clear with I have to do is share each moment of my life with people who really need it doesn´t matter if these people are part or not of my family the thing is we are complementary individual it means we make our balance.

Are you primarily a consumer or do you produce and share as much or more than you consume?

I think I am part of this 1% of people because I am trying to add more producing things to do and share with others in my life. To me the idea of consume based on the capitalism is just an invent of multinationals corporations but I know unfortunately it´s the way that are dominated the world.

The goal is move it on through social networking’s based on the change of the human attitude.

Does it help you appreciate the social action you are doing for this class?

Yes, I appreciate this action because these give me the opportunity to understand better the main idea of my carrier and off course this activity give some clue to figure out my style of life based in love.

EnjoYinG Time toGethers vs. BuilDinG ouR soULs

I had many good memories when I visited the asylum because we use to offer a ride in their wheelchair around the asylum. Many of the grandmas seem like want it but they need to know the person first.

That was what happen when we started our visit at asylum because most of them doesn´t talk a lot but, after we talk with Sandra religious mother and the personal who works there, they explain us the reason of their behaviors the religious mother tell us they are not conscious of their actions because they lose their mind as a result they sometimes get confused about people and time.

She recommend us try to understand that and help them with the routine activities like: reading the newspaper with them, watching tv., listening music that their love, giving their daily pills, make sure they are comfortable when they are eating, finally the most important thing is showing love.

Feelings are something that came from our hearts so to elderly people needs a lot because their situation there is very hard many of them had families but they never come to visit them, I heard so many cases that make reflection about how hard is the life when people doesn´t show love for the others, specially if they their own family.

So I could realize the wonderful moments that I am acquiring and also the spiritual contribution through to our souls that we are creating.

On the WaY to KnoW EldeRs TruTh

The main idea about my own question of life is ¿what am I doing to promote social behaviors engaged with people who really need welfare? Such as this vulnerable group of people call elderly.

And I think, I on the way to get the answer and it follows my manner of see the life and also my carrier. Because much of what I am doing each day is something that I called emotions and behaviors this result in action-reaction, it means every single day I do any kind of actions these are piling up, it with the followings years can be the key to grow the other side of the soul, which is the spiritual that´s what I am looking for.

It answer my question about life no matter what you are doing just keep focus about the idea this life is a village where every action you will get reaction.

BeauTy SesiOn

We had a wonderful time when we decided make a beauty plan at Hogar San Jose because all grandmas were so excited to participate. My partner and I start making manicure, giving massage and also brush her hair.

I could feel the connection between each grandma and I because they were more open telling me great histories about love and advices about life at the same time I started to think about how great is listen and spend my time with them. Everyone could appreciate this day because before we talked with the doctor specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation who works there and suggest us the opportunity to give massage to the grandma´s under his supervision and off course we said yes, so that day even thought we just practice a little bit about massages, the experience with them was awesome cuz learned so many things about their health, prevention and style of life which means good alimentation, have at list 20 minutes o more to walk around, and the most important to me is spend time with families or friends.

So it make me think about welfare of human race because their develop involves each one and in some way i am colaborating with their develop emotional and physical .

FoOd RevOluTioN

To me all the videos explore the investigation of the truth, the relations between the video and according to the reading. The human attitude that we have both sides: the material obviously it is indispensable for survival in this world, and the spiritual where we must to figure out the essence of human nature, knowing ourselves to conduce to loftiness abasement.

As the book says these relationships imply knowledge of one´s own self and the mysteries of the universe is enhanced by at the same time contributes to, a consciousness of the organic unity of the human race which means attitude change beginning with respect and protect our convictions it will be involve a direct affect in the society.

Like Jhon Robbin video try to suggest us it is more than be part of this consuming and material society at the end we can contributes with the solution been aware finding out the truth about the effects of the food you eat on your health, the health of your family, and the health of your planet. Every single day I asked myself a question ¿how will be our last years if we don´t care about our parents life in the next years?

And maybe the answer will take time because to my oppinion it depends on how I protect my parents and how I will plan the future with them. Firstable when I talk about their future I´m refering to make a deal assuming a responsalibility to be reciprocal with all the cares, time, effors and love that they give us.

And I see at "Hogar San Jose" the reality of many elderly persons who has to spent their last years in that place but if we see their son and daugther´s, they doesn´t care about them.

It happen in the majority of the cases. Their families go to talk with the religious saying that they don´t have time to take care of them or many others excuses.

now it´s time to have this reflection because this is related with the human actitud too.
